"First of all, the front desk gentleman and lady(not the owners) have been very helpful and patient. They deserve a raise! I 1000% agree with those who have shown frustration and disappointment in the lack of up keep to this hotel. The computers at the front desk hardly work consistently. The business room is ALWAYS “Out of Order!” Some the windows are missing screens or have holes in them. Lastly, the breakfast area often “runs out” of food with 30 minutes left before breakfast is done. With that said, this will probably be the time we stay here!!"

"The owner is obviously not interested in the upkeep and maintenance of this property. It’s run-down and everywhere you look, there’s something broken, missing, or has an “out of order” sign taped to it. How does a handrail even become out of order (for years)? Why not just repair it. Oh, there is not and never has been a maintenance person in the 2 years I’ve been staying here. It’s been in a gradual decline and now it’s just pitiful. On my last visit, no hot water for showering or shaving, just barely warm enough but definitely not hot water. The pool and jacuzzi are still out of order for “cleaning”… they have been in that “cleaning” state for a few months now. The front desk and the housekeeping staff are all amazing and trying to get by with an unending stream of apologies and disclosures. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Suites and they were well maintained… this one is not. I don’t know how this place gets the seal of approval of Choice Hotels. The owner needs to reevaluate their priorities and spend the money that is desperately needed to restore this once nice facility back to what is normal and expected. Lazy, cheap, and absent. It would appear as though they’re in a race to the bottom and nearly there."

"Loved the Jacuzzi suite, I think the water definitely got hot enough. I did get tub cleaner and cleaned it myself, it didn't necessarily look dirty but definitely looked much cleaner after I scrubbed it. The only downside to our room is we got the very first room where our door was literally in the lobby so we could hear everyone talking. Also the pool and hot tub was down but we didn't care about that. Overall a good stay and would stay again"

"I'm torn. I really used to love this property. It's not bad now at all, but there are a few issues that prevent me from giving 4 or 5 stars. The first is that it seems like their pool and hot tub have been undergoing maintenance for an extended time. At some point I feel that they need to remove it from the list of amenities. If you have children you want to "de-energize" then you should call the property before booking and all of the pool is back in operation. One of the other things was the "hot" water. I tend to rent jacuzzi suites... I couldn't get this hot enough to actually enjoy fully, and that was a bummer as you pay extra for the room type. The last thing was something outside of the hotel's control and I do not blame them, but you might consider this: there was a (homeless, I think) travel trailer parked on the street behind and the dogs from this woke up a bunch of us... One thing I will give this property: they had the best breakfast I've seen in a while. Kudos on that for sure. Bottom line, it's a decent property with a surprisingly convenient location. If not for the hot water and the dogs, I would have really enjoyed my stay."

"Excellent location just off freeway. Full hot breakfast. Our first room had clogged toilet and they moved us into new room right away. Clean. The only thing that was was an issue is that they don't honor price of booking. For some reason we had to pay an extra $20 per night when we arrived. Otherwise this is our favorite place to stay."
