"I have given them my insurance info several times. Apparently they refuse to bill my insurance and sent me to collections instead. I already met my deductible and out of pocket so I shouldn’t owe anything. I had no choice of provider because the OBGYN sent my sample here. Update: after discussions with the debt collector the bill was sold to, including sending proof that this service should have been covered by insurance, payment has been waived. Still way more trouble than it should have been."

"Without a doubt avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!! I was making them payments on my account and they were accepting and cashing my checks every month. I read the invoices and nowhere on it does it say to call and make payment arrangements so I naturally figured we were good. NOPE!! After a certain date they claim the computer automatically turns you over to collections. I called them and inquired but got no assistance at all. I will be calling my urologist and urge them to discontinue referring customers to them. I without any doubt will never use their services again. They had accepted one check for 100 then another for 100 and another for 150 before putting a bad mark on my credit score."
