"The absolute WORST. I arrived first to the Riverbend location for a pre employment UA. The night before, checked to see if I needed an appt. and after checking Employment Drug Screen, their system would not allow me to make an appointment. I arrived at 11 am and waited about an hour before being told to go to 1200 Hilyard as they most likely would be able to do my screen. Drove to Hilyard location, tried to check in and again the system made me choose standby. I waited an hour and 45 min before a phlebotomist came out and said if you are on stand by..you won't be seen until after 4:20p.m. I was the only stand by there. I said I would wait and he rudely scoffed and walked away. During my wait I saw an very elderly woman come in and tell the kiosk she needed help checking in. A very rude young lady came out and "helped" her told her she didn't have an appointment and to go home and make one for another day. The elderly woman asked her to please help her with putting on her jacket and the girl said rudely.." I can't help you with that" land walked away. I realize she had gloves on but could have changed them after. Instead I helped this frail woman put her jacket on. I waited about an9ther hour before calling my employer and asking for a different site to UA. I held my urine for over 3.5 hrs and will NEVER step foot in ANY quest ever again. Guaranteed. Complete lack of human empathy for anyone here. And no matter what they say..they will not do UAs at either of these locations so don't bother trying."

"This place is terrible. I went in for blood work and stool samples yesterday. They gave me my hat and told me I could come back in to push the help button on the kiosk, and they would pick up my sample from the lobby. I even made sure to confirm I didn't need an appointment. The next day, I get up at 6 because I live 45 minutes away. I got there, pressed the help button, and now I need an appointment to drop a stool sample. All I got was I'm sorry that staff member has been known to do that a lot. So now my stool is void because I didn't make an appointment because their staff said I didn't have. now I have to do this whole entire process over again. If you have the choice, go elsewhere. Highly unprofessional establishment and the people who work there are not on the same page, no communication what so ever."

"The staff at Quest Diagnostics are courteous and professional. I never have to wait long when I arrive for my appointment. The staff double-checks that the right test is being done. The Insurance Billing is straightforward so I know the pricing. Test results are received quickly easing your piece of mind. The building layout is easy to navigate."
