"I’ve waited 8 months to write this review because I feel so conflicted about the school, but now that other parents have approached me about why we left I feel I should say something. I recognize that there are some great caregivers at this school and the directors have been nothing but kind and accommodating to me, but I began questioning some of the educators when I twice happened upon a particular educator snapping at my 1.5-2 year old son. Then we moved out of that class and the next educator was very caring but she was not educated in healthy ways to motivate children to be part of the classroom. Without going into details, she put the responsibility of her negative emotion on my son. My son began to cry and beg not to go to school, then when he was able to articulate what was going on I brought it to the attention of the staff. I do applauded the staff for handling the problem well. They addressed it, the educator owned up to it and they came up with a plan to change, but by that point my son had already developed a fear of going to school. It took some months of going to another school and not calling it “school” before he processed that and enjoyed it again. I’ve had several people express similar concerns, mostly about the teacher who had snapped at my child. Again, I’m conflicted because of the enormous range in the quality of the educators, but I do feel I had to say something. I hope they experience less of a staffing emergency soon and the higher ups pay their workers enough to keep the quality of educators consistent."

"Our son has been enrolled for over a year now, since he was 1.5 years old. The teachers are caring and very good about communicating via the procare app. They do engaging art activities daily and share pictures of the day. They hold class parties and holiday activities. They introduce Spanish colors and words. They hold virtual singing programs so the parents can attend. He also enjoyed the gymnastics add on session. They do adorable class photos. They include meals and snacks. And big plus is that they are great at introducing potty training consistently."

"I absolutely love Tuality Learning Tree! My daughter has been going there for a few years and she is always excited to go to daycare. I was unhappy with staff from a previous daycare due to lack of professionalism and overall care. Tuality Learning Tree has been completely the opposite. I noticed immediately that all the staff here are caring, wonderful, and happy! There is always a great feeling of joy and happiness and it has benefited my daughter greatly. The office staff are super professional and so responsive. We appreciate you all so much! Thank you so much for taking care of our precious little ones!"

"We really appreciate all the care and learning that takes place at the Learning Tree. We orignially chose it because they are one of the few daycares in area that includes food, and we have had a such a wonderful experience. All the staff is so caring. They make accommodations to ensure the students are happy, safe, and healthy. The teachers have partnered with our other services like our NWRESD speech therapist to ensure that we're all working towards the same goal. They ensure that there is learning, socializing, and fun! You couldn't ask for a better daycare!"
