"What a croc. Drove 1 1/2 hours to find that they had all private parties and we'd have to wait 3 + hours for the kids to be able to ride. It seems that they prefer private parties because it is more profitable to them. If you would like to plan to ride the gocarts, there are no guarantees unless reserve a party with 8 or more people. Ignore the hype on the website for Arrive and Drive ( or whatever they promoted to get you to prepay) only to find out everything is reserved for private parties. WHAT A CROC OF... Warning: you can not apply your prepaid purchase towards a party group in the future. Party groups are processed separately. You lose. Game over"

"We had a great experience at K1 Speed-Portland. I have a disabled teen son. The staff went above & beyond to make sure his experience was great. They helped us try both size karts and took extra time to make sure he could operate everything safely. He had the time of his life karting with friends for his birthday. We will be back again!"

"This girl with long brunette hair and headband who was folding some masks or towels at the end of the night 2/23/24 only 20 minutes before close looked me up and down like i was dumb for coming in and had a serious attitude. My nephew and i walked over from top golf and didn't realize it was so late, but came in due to the open sign being on. when she first told me the last race of the night just happened i was like no problem have a great night I'll take him another weekend then she literally looked me up and down and made a FACE at me. Like have some understanding my nephew just wanted to go so bad and we WERE planning on coming back but now i don't want to. Sorry that we wanted to come in and be paying customers, not realizing it was too late. It was Friday night and it said open until 12, i walked in at 11:40, unknowingly, and caused no issues. If this happens again you should reach your employees some empathy."

"Check In - was fairly straightforward with waivers signed and payment processed quickly ( credit card fee was in place and payee shoulders the cost) Wait time - specifically chose a ‘down time’ and was in about 15 mins. Staff - since it was after opening, staff was great and no concerns Race - this is where staff needs to step in, there was an aggressive driver (read another review which stated an aggressive driver not being flagged or pulled out) and during the race had the same experience. This ID 10 T was bumping other drivers and pinning them against the rails during turns. Overall was a great experience and would not stop me from enjoying the track again."
