"This is the 2 letters that I wrote to Ionbottle, yes they gave me a full refund but they need to fix there products as it has major flaws that should be fixed before someone gets hurt. The photos are of my wife holding the 2 pieces of glass in her hand that had chipped off the rim of the bottle while she was taking the lid on and off and of the first bottle that we received. Letter 1. Hi, First off, thank you for being an American-made company. Anyway, we opened it, cleaned it, filled it with water, and pushed the on button, and my wife set it down behind her laptop on the counter, excitedly waiting for it to finish its cycle so she could drink it. A few minutes later, she opened her laptop and started working on it and then pushed the screen open a little more, and when doing so, it tipped the new ionBottle over, and when it fell on its side, it exploded, spraying glass and water 10' across the kitchen. I can’t fully tell you how bummed she was that it broke before she even got to use it and how shocked we bother were that it broke so easily. My question to you is: is the glass truly that fragile or did we get a faulty glass bottle? If they are that fragile, then can I send you back the top and bottom, as we don’t want it? If we got a defective one, then can you send us a new one, and should I wrap it with something to protect it more? Does the original bottle use the same glass? ----------------------------------------------- Letter 2 Thankfully, my wife didn’t swallow the broken glass. I have 2 problems to tell you. #1. Pro Bottle replacement. Below is a photo of the replacement bottle you sent me, which I greatly appreciated. The first one was defective due to how easily it shattered before we even got to take a sip from it. But as you can see, the replacement bottle has broken from doing nothing more than taking the cap on and off about 20 times. She got to use it for 2 days, and as she unscrewed the cap and started to take a drink, she felt something in her mouth just before swallowing and spit it out. It was the smaller piece of glass you can see in her hand as the larger one had fallen into the bottle and could have been swallowed on the final gulp of water. To be perfectly honest, that could have been devastating, to say the least… #2. I was so excited to get it after waiting over 1 1/2 months, which was fine for a product made in the USA, as that’s who I choose to do business with when I can. After charging it while washing the glass and lid, I added water for the first time and took it to my office, setting it next to my laptop. I set it down about a foot from my laptop and started working, noticing that about every 3 minutes, the blue light would flash off. It would beep and turn back on and keep going. Reading that most of these hydrogen bottles take between 5-10 min, I thought nothing of it. Then, about 1 minute after the blue light flashed and it beeped for the 4th time, it blew apart like a kid's water rocket. The glass portion separated from the bottom, sending it about 2 1/2 feet into the air; this covered my laptop, myself, and everything within 5 feet of it in water. Now, my month-old laptop is running slower and had its first freeze. Yes, I’m pretty upset about my wife almost swallowing glass….. and my new laptop getting damaged. -------------------------------------------------------------- Take my comments for what they are and make your own decision on what you want to do."

"I love my hydrogen bottle, I’ve been using it every single day for the last six weeks and I have noticed the following changes. I am able to sleep better through the night and have a more restful, peaceful sleep. I am noticing throughout the day that my energy level used to decline but now it does not. The last and final thing that I have noticed an improvement on is my acne, my skin has been clean, but never this clean."

"Waited patiently for my ion bottle about 3 weeks. Leaked out of the power button and charging port since day one. Eventually quit working all together. Reached out via email and Facebook. All Facebook posts just get removed from their group with no answer. Did get an email to adjust rubber seal. Send video of it leaking out of power button. Company will not respond to emails or Facebook messages. All I want is a working bottle. I will update this review if they actually make this right. Update: Company did reach out and expedited a new bottle to me at no charge and I received it today. So far so good with this one. Thanks for making it right!"
