Chevron

"I don't usually go to chevron because they always have higher fuel prices then everywhere else but when I found out they were offering $1 off per gallon up to 25 gallons for your first 3 transactions when you sign up for there rewards program I was all over it. Who isn't trying to save a buck these days, right? Well nope, that wasn't the case at the north Albany location. Had no problem using this reward program at another location here in town but when we went to the North Albany location the gas attendant didn't enter the rewards properly and when I realized he messed up his response was "yeah I have no idea what I'm doing, go inside and talk to the other guy he will take care of this for you" That wasn't the case though, when I went inside and asked for a refund he literally told me I was SOL that they didn't do refunds and there was nothing they could do about it. So i was stuck with a $76 fill up when it should have been closer to $55. He didn't care that this transaction just over drafted my account and not only cost me that extra $20 but a $35 overdraft fee! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NORTH ALBANY LOCATION, GO TO THE CHEVRON ON PACIFIC NEXT TO DUTCH BROS! The employees at the other location actually care about doing there jobs correctly, they were the ones who showed me the rewards program to begin with. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!"

"Fellow drivers, avoid if you can until they get better gas station attendants. After my wife being made incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe by the gas station attendant around noon today we will not be returning here. Apparently saying "have a good day" is seen as an insult."

"Came in after I got off work (target distribution) and i had came by this store because it’s on my way home. Not only did I get the most attitude and disrespect from the cashier but I was getting dirty looks given to me the whole time I was there. Keep in mind I told her I’d take a sec because I just got off work was tired and didn’t know what I had wanted to eat. The cashiers name is Cassandra and sadly this won’t be my last time coming to this store because it’s so conveniently on the way to my home but I now know what to expect every time I come in and see Cassandra. A moody lady that’s unhappy so she’s gonna push off her negativity onto someone else."

"Coldest drinks around. Not sure what temp they have their coolers set at but this is THE PLACE to go when it's hot outside for a cold drink and I'm not talking about alcohol!"

"Staff is unhelpful and uncooperative, store policies are undealistic and endanger their customers avoid if at all possible. Would give zero ir negative stars but that unfortunately is not an option."
