"Let me start by saying that the staff here has always treated me as a respected customer, but when I had to deal with management on a returned item, I was deeply disappointed. I bought a six pack of Rogue Dreamland American Lager (not cheap) and my wife drank half of a can before asking me to taste it. It was bad, not we don't like that beer bad, but spoiled bad. We've had this beer many times before and know exactly how it should taste, and this was not right. First time returning an item to the liquor store, but I was more concerned with other six packs in the case being spoiled as well. They told me it would be up to the distributor to decide what to do (refund money or not). I got a call back today from Michelle at the Liquor and she simply told me there was nothing they could do for me and asked me what I wanted to do with the beer I had returned. I invited her to treat her crew to whatever was left of the spoiled beer, and she said she would. No concern for customer safety at all. This was a big surprise -- I guess just sell it until someone gets sick? Not acceptable. I can no longer shop here knowing this may have happened with other items. It seems like no checks and balances at this place. Better off going somewhere else."
"What a great shop! I called from out of state needing a gift basket and Jimmy was more than willing to accomodate my request and timeline. He has a sparkling personality and made me feel like I was his best customer. I can't recommend them enough."
