"NBS sent one of their own after 3rd party was unable to fix our Konica copier. The incredibly detailed product knowledge of the tech, J.R., was clear as soon as he started working on it. "I am happy to share the exceptional service we received from National Business Solutions. At every turn one of their associates excelled in professional and friendly assistance. Jarrid Sargent was our first associate we worked with, he arranged to have our equipment moved and set up. Max, the technology expert, set up the machine to our computers and Wi-Fi quickly and efficiently. On a handful of occasions, I had questions on how to perform various processes; Mike, the office manager invited me down to the office as often as needed to show me how to get the most out of our equipment. Mike takes as much time as needed to get us lined out and is always happy to help. Our machine needed some service a couple times, and both Russ and JR are highly trained and quick to restore operations on the spot. Russ and JR instill great trust by quickly diagnosing the need and resolving the problem. They also take the time to explain the factors that will provide optimal performance.
