"Obviously the owner did not understand the one star from my wife. The manager was very rude to my wife instead of trying explain their policy and helping her to understand. It’s not the money, I promise. It’s the customer service. She was not treated with respect."

"Please beware when buying from this company. Purchased a 200.00 part and realized it was wrong part. Never even opened. Called to see about doing a return. First one lady told me 20% restocking fee and I pay for shipping which is a lot in itself only to have another lady to get on the phone with an attitude and say because it’s an electronic part they will not take it back and that maybe I should just put it on eBay or keep as a spare. She had a very rude attitude when telling me “but the return policy is on our website”. On my phone I could not find it and briefly she was not able to either. I finally hung up waiting for her to find it and then after she located the policy she returned my call and told me how to navigate their page to find it. Lesson learned! Never even said “I’m so sorry, we have a policy.. Just a very “matter of fact” type of attitude. Before purchasing from this company, make sure to do your homework And just to be clear since I can’t respond to the owners response. It was not the money, it was the attitude of the manager. There was no apology saying I’m sorry you were not aware but that’s the policy. Just very rude and poor customer service. Her attitude seemed to just want to prove me wrong instead of explaining it seemed .And yes I was on a mobile phone because that’s how I ordered the product. Good customer service can go along way. My one star is for the customer service. It was poor"

"I would give 0 stars if it were possible. My family needed a $4 part to fix our heater in the cold weather. I placed the order on 11/22 during business hours and then called the office to explain our situation and gave my number to contact me if there were any issues. I paid over $20 for expedited shipping. It is now 11/25 and the part is not scheduled to arrive until 11/28. We are leaving this location tomorrow. All the company had to do was contact me before shipping and let me know what was happening. I would have been happy to change shipping address or pay more for faster shipping - something, anything! But, now money is down the drain, my family is still freezing at night, and I have to order the part all over again - certainly from someone else. Very poor customer service and business practices."

"We called on the phone to make sure they would be open. We got there 1 hour before the guy said they closed that day. They were closed. I guess they decide to close early whenever they feel like it. So be aware that no matter what time they say they will close its no guarantee. We traveled an hour and 15 minutes one way to get the part we needed to have basic heat for our motorhome. I will never go back and don't recommend it to anyone else. Go with the big corporate guys. At least they are reliable. We went to Camping World instead."

"One of the only RV parts places in Eugene Springfield area. Bought several items off the floor, I’ve never had to special order. I do agree with the customer service. Hopefully that was cleared up but she really didn’t like people. I had a brief run in while trying to purchase with her, so I know what others are saying. If you get the right person, they certainly have the right prices. Give them a shot. I will continue to use them."
