"The sign said self serve was allowed. I had two very persistent employees in rapid succession who insistently wanted to help me and after being told no proceeded to then offer to wash my window after they had both just finished very badly streaking the window of the vehicle in front of me. Safeway - if you’re going to allow self serve - control your staff - no means no. With as unreasonably forceful as I had to be with the interaction to finally get my point across, imagine what would have happened to someone who wont assert themselves. I came here because it said self serve - if its not, then take the sign down so we can go spend our money elsewhere."
