"On 5/17/23, I stopped at Mission Market in Pendleton, Oregon, for the second time while in route to Walla Walla, Washington, to fuel up. It’s not often that I find myself wanting to rate a gas station, but this one joins a short list of gas stations that I will go out of my way to visit in the future. Mission Market is owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, which are the Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla tribes. Mission Market is much more than a gas station. It is also a grocery store, deli, and drive-through. The groceries, which can be ordered online, or competitively priced. The deli and drive-through items are also very well-priced. Mission Market also has a spotless laundromat, and even a place where you can get your blood pressure checked. There also a very nice outdoor seating area. One of the things that stood out to me both times is that Mission Market not only provides top-tier gas, they provide you with clean, soapy, water, and squeegees that are in excellent shape, so drivers can thoroughly clean their windows. It doesn’t take much time and effort to do that, but the vast majority of gas stations today do not. I appreciate that the owners and operators of Mission Market care about their customers experience down to the smallest detail. Highly Recommended!!!"
