"Super helpful, with a Costco membership Plan B is about $7, you will save so much money being a member and using this pharmacy. Even without insurance your Costco card can possibly get you a discount on your prescriptions. Almost all of the staff are very helpful and kind."
"I had to complain to the region about the pharmacy at Albany's Coscto. You know, its illegal to try and hold my PAID prescription by asking questions I've already answered at the first window. Your people have a lot to learn about customer service and seem to have gotten mixed up in what you feel is the law. Learn from this. I can not support your illegal behavior. You've lost a prescription customer for life. Your regional manager says he will educate you and your staff. Katrina, because he was understanding and apologized for your and your pharmacies' stupid actions, I will hold off on the law suit for now."
"We went in for our 2nd COVID 2 booster at the Albany Costco pharmacy. The pharmacist Emily informed us there was a problem with my husband's Oregon state shot record. Long story short....our doctor had mistakenly input a booster my husband had not been given. Emily gave us privacy to get the mixup corrected. We were still in the store when we got a call from both our doctor and Emily that the error had been corrected. We went back to the pharmacy and my husband got his booster. This whole thing would never have been resolved as easily if it weren't for your pharmacist Emily. She is wonderful, kind, caring..whatever superlative there is. You are lucky to have her."
