"There were two ladies working the fuel station on Philomath blvd this morning and only one of them was actually helping customers. All of the pumps were filled. Kim was as sweet as can be and ran around trying to help everyone while the older lady kept walking in and out of the kiosk. It really sucked to see someone work so hard and another not. Kim is the only reason I am giving this review a 2 star bevause she deserves the recognition for doing a great job!!!!"
"Just tried to get gas and was informed they "cant take cash right now". So frustrating. I usually dont post negative reviews but other experiences at this particular safeway gas station have included being told to hurry up and get out of the way while trying to put my receipt and wallet away."
"I used to go here all the time. The fuel rewards are great to use, and it made sense because we lived close to safeway and shopped there, so we had the discount. But this is probably the slowest gas station to get through I've ever been too. It's almost always crowded, and even when it's not, the attendants are generally not very responsive."
"NOT customer friendly. Pulled in as an emergency to put air in my nearly flat tire...at a busy time of day. Pulled as close to the air pump as I could. A minute later a fuel truck is honking obnoxiously and waving his hands. Meanwhile my toddler is in the back sleeping. Hmm...let's refuel during the busiest time of day in a place with not a lot of room. That sounds like a good idea! This should be done during off hours for one. A minute later a gas attendnt walks over and asks if I was getting air. I tell her I was, and before i can say anything else she says i need to move and come back after the truck leaves. I wasnt buying gas this time...but i have many countless other times. Clearly it's apparent you have to be spending more to get good or even decent customer service. I would give zero stars if i could!"
