"A beautiful store. Much more suitable than the original location with lots of space. Really expensive for most items, but the cute and plushie items were reasonable, and available in different sizes. If you can get a book or supplies on Amazon through Prime I do not recommend purchasing it from the store. You will most likely find a better price on Amazon with a better return policy. Computers/tablets/software include Apple and Microsoft, though they do have some open hardware in the form of Alienware (as of Dec 2016). While it's a great place to eye up a new machine, again, I don't recommend purchasing through the store, go directly to Apple or MS. Keep your eye on sales for peripherals such as printers through the store though, these could be worth your time. If you are looking for OSU themed gifts, this is definitely the place to go. The sheer range of choice is intoxicating. It is also pride of place to take family members to if you want to show off the campus. Being a non profit store, the money spent will be going where it's needed. The customer service I have experienced has only been positive and as a veteran I have been treated with respect which I truly appreciate."
