"My kids have been seen at the Lebanon, Albany and Corvallis offices over the years and it’s always been a very pleasant experience. From start to finish and then some, everyone at PBO has been amazing. I’m especially grateful for the front office staff and their willingness to work with me when times were tough and the assistants and Dr’s for listening to my kids if something didn’t feel right. 10/10"

"Wish their staff were easier to contact be prepared for phone tag and texts! And make sure to make your payment before you arrive (they did not mention this when making an appointment on the phone prior so don't expect a heads up). They have you type in your payment information on their laptop: super sketchy. Fortunately they did email a receipt but again that's for you to figure out. And worst, they said they would not pass my complaint on to management. I'll update on the treatment later to be fair but the above stays. Can't alter history. Regarding response: Thanks for finally passing the info on. Posted after their first response:The appointments are quick and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I was surprised that I would have to do a daily adjustment and I did not anticipate any problems nor was I warned. All was well for a week. Then over the long weekend I could not do the adjustment. I tried two days apart. Then after someone in reception offered to help on their closed Monday I tried again just before the appointment since it's 25 miles round trip drive. When we got there the problem had resolved itself! Instead of rejoicing, the young woman wanted me to show her that I can do the adjustment. She assumed that nothing was ever wrong. Did she think I never adjusted it before? No, she was just enjoying being cruel. She acted like there was just food in the way which was incorrect. Who needs this kind of abuse and aggravation from someone half your age and with half your education? Nasty experience very upsetting."

"We are a family of 7 and all of our kiddos have been with Paventy & Brown from day 1! We have also recommended ALL of our friends ! Great Dr’s on staff, the assistants are always friendly and helpful! We have had so many OOPSIES and the team is always willing to work us in - if I could give 10 stars.. I WOULD!!!"

"Hands down the best orthodontist around! So far 4 of my kids have had orthodontic treatment at Paventy and Brown orthodontics and all 3 have beautiful smiles! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!"
