"Been a regular here for the past two years until today. Bought a vape pen the other day from them that didn't work. Had to exchange it four times before finally getting one that worked (this is vape #5), and this one quit working last night. Brought it back today and asked for a refund-they offered another exchange. I explained to them that this was the 5th pen in a row that didn't work, and just wanted my money back.They called up one of the owners, and I explained this to her. She offered me an exchange, even after explaining that I had no interest in another faulty product (in essence, go f#$%k yourself). The employees have always been great and I don't blame them at all, but the owners clearly don't care about their customers. I won't even be buying gas there anymore."
