"I’ve had my large circle crossbody bag for less than 6 months and it’s broken. The rivet that holds my strap to the purse completely fell out. My options are to DYI or pay to have the broken purse delivered to be fixed. For the amount of money paid for the purse, I expected it to last longer than 6 months. I am disappointed and will not purchase from them again."

"Fantastic ship if you are a fan of leather goods. They have a large selection of bags, wallets, shoes, toiletry bags, small goods, etc. The colors are great, but the normal browns is where they really shine! Such depth and beauty in a natural brown leather! Employees are all kind and helpful with finding things, and are a joy to chat with! Parking can be either good or bad, but we've never had a long walk. There are no restrooms at this store though, which is actually a deterant for me at times when shopping. It lessens the time I will spend there and with that, the dollar amount spent."
