"So, hear me out- the hours posted on google maps say this store is open until eight. I show up at 7:15 on a Friday night, doors are locked, customers visibly shopping inside, and the person behind the counter just looks at me and looks away. Now, I get it- I've worked retail, I've worked at malls before, locking the doors at a certain time to keep new customers from coming in is more or less common practice. The thing is, the open hours had just been confirmed by the business four days prior. This is in no way a judgement on the employees, but I would just like the hours to accurately reflect the times at which I can access the store. Doors are locked? Closed, even if there's still people shopping in there. Five stars because Crocs are solid shoes."
