"I made an appointment very last minute and there were plenty of time slots to choose from. When I arrived I was greeted right away and Becky started directing me to all the dresses that fit the style I was looking for. Clean environment and not overly busy that I felt overwhelmed by a bunch of other people being there. Becky was able to help me figure out what I liked and did not like about the dresses and was able to present options based on that. I had a party of 7 with me and there was plenty of room for all of them to come and be apart of this special moment. I would definitely come back and purchase bridesmaids dresses and happily send others looking to find their dress."

"My best friend Sabrina, her fiancé Logan, and myself came in for her appointment to try some wedding dresses on for the future. And my best friends stylist Jaden did so amazing, she listened and herd what Sabrina wanted and pulled through. Thank you Jaden, we had a great time, and you made Sabrina super happy and felt amazing in the dresses she tried on. The blue was def the winner, but all the dresses were amazing. And we can’t wait for March 30th"

"One star is too generous. Judge for yourself: Due to a dress mishap, at the last minute before the wedding, I bought a dress over the phone from the David’s Bridal store in Clackamas, Oregon. My sister-in-law picked up the dress and drove it 6 hours to me the night before the wedding. We took the dress out of the bag, it had drip stains down the front, and torn stitching on the bodice. It was a used dress. I had to clean and stitch the dress before I could wear it the next day. The following Monday I phoned the store manager, Abby, to explain the situation. From this first conversation she “guaranteed me that she would do absolutely nothing about this due to the fact that I had worn the dress.” Although I sent time and date-stamped pictures of the damage to the store manager, customer relations, and another David’s Bridal review group, they did not take it into consideration. After 3 weeks of phone calls, texts and emails backs and forth, the final outcome matched the first declaration of the store manager: David’s Bridal would not refund any amount. They stand firmly behind cheating the customer by sending out used merchandise and charging full retail. I am so disappointed and disgusted by the complete disregard of the customer here. I have 3 more children with weddings planned in the next few years. I will NOT spend one more penny with David’s Bridal."

"Molly was my stylist, she was attentive and worked very intuitively on my likes and dislikes in my itty bitty budget. I found my perfect dress within an hour for under 400 dollars! I felt like a princess. Impressively, she had to multi-task, I worried that she was spread too thin, but even having to go back and forth from me to the front, I never once felt like I wasn’t a priority. Thank you Molly, you did amazing!"

"My daughter found a beautiful, affordable dress she loves for her big day! We were so excited, we purchased it and left. 4 days before the wedding we realized we needed to have the dress hemmed and steamed! The alterations manager, Kelly was so accommodating! Even with me calling multiple times and changing the time we’d be there. All of the customer service we experienced was top notch at this 82nd Clackamas location!"
