"Cute lil earring store. The girls were helpful and polite."
"We decided to get my girls ears pierced here. They had a few swelling, but overall they healed after a month or so. They said we get free earing for a year. For some reason we didn't receive the email. I had to write to the company, still no free earnings. Been since November. I am not sure why but I feel it's not true on the free earnings. Beware. UPDATE They did finally send me a code for February and now march today (March 1st). I received a code for one of my daughters. Just takes a bit but you eventually will get a code."
"A worker had me waiting for 30 min, I understand since everyone was very busy but the minute she didn’t have anything to do she started cleaning up. Very unprofessional and I know for a fact she saw me still waiting. She had curly short dyed hair."

"NEVER GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE. They use guns, and not needles and it is not good for your ears. Also, you will be getting them pierced in the middle of the store, either everyone watching. They don’t give clear directions on how to clean them, and they don’t put the piercing marks on properly, causing them to be uneven on both sides. It is NOT sanitary either, they don’t wear gloves, or use alcohol before they pierce. I ended up in the hospital and they had to do surgery on both my ears because of this place. They do not use proper earrings to pierce with. Do not go there. It’s awful. And also, their very cheap items there are sooooo overpriced. Just don’t."
