"Tried to conduct some business with this vendor via eBay. I never received the shipment of items I paid for and after obtaining documentation from the Post Office confirming it was postal error (not delivered to me), I attempted to reach out to Bill to at least agree on a partial refund. I asked for very little in the way of recompense and was completely rejected. As a store owner and someone who should care about customer satisfaction, I do not understand his reaction, given it was not a large value purchase. I was just looking for a little fairness in the attempted exchange. Buyers, please beware of doing business with this shop."
