"Called the store to ask if they had two valves in stock for my sprinkler system. The valves for two stations were not coming on. I think it was the owner who helped me troubleshoot the problem and fix the wiring over the phone and by text/pictures. I thought the problem was two bad valves, but instead of selling me something I didn't need, he took the time to help me figure it out. They didn't make a sale today, but they have a very satisfied and happy customer for life and a 5 star review. Thank you so much for saving me a service call!!!"
