"This review is for Luis, who was extremely friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. I stayed in the store for about an hour looking for a bag for Mother's Day (a long time in a small store but I am picky with gifts), and never felt rushed. Luis would occasionally come by with a suggestion, but he was very respectful about it and I felt no pressure from him to like or buy anything. In the end I did find a bag for my mom and she loved it!! Thank you Luis for your great customer service :)"

"This one star is due to the poor customer service provided by the sales associate. My partner and I were waiting for the store to open, she then came up to unlock the door, she removed the key, made no eye contact and just walked away. We were hesitant, but took that as a sign that it was okay to come in. We came in and did not receive a single word from her. I knew what I wanted as I had gone in a previous time, I grabbed the backpack and went to the counter. She assumed I was not a buying customer and asked me if I wanted her to check the price after I stated that I wanted to purchase it. She did not provide her name but she was the only one in the store on 01/07/2021. The receipt stated her name as “Crivaram”. She was disrespectful and transmitted negative energy. It is unfortunate that I loved so many of the purses because I will not shop at a place that is disrespectful. Management should emphasize on heir associates the importance of respect and transmitting inviting and positive energy towards customers. I am sure I am not the only customer that feels this way."
