"We stopped in just to check it out today, because I really like supporting great causes with my purchases. We were met with a very friendly employee that talked to us about the store wares and created a very lighthearted atmosphere. There is such a good variety of items, from toys to jewelry to kitchenware to clothing. I had originally had the conception that fair trade items were much more expensive than regular items you'd find at stores, but I found that the items are reasonably priced and were well within our budget. This is good to note, considering that the proceeds go towards helping people who are normally exploited by companies! I didn't expect to buy anything, but once I looked around, there was so much variety and there was something for every price range. My partner and I found some great gifts for our family members. Checkout was also a great experience. Once we mentioned that they were gifts, the store employee polished the ring that I bought and let me choose a small colored drawstring bag to put it in, free of charge! He also wrapped up the other item in tissue paper and offered a small paper gift bag to put it in, for an extra $.25. This is a great shop that supports a great cause!"
