"Broken chain got me here. The person at the counter (I believe he is the owner of the shop) fixed it right away with a master link and changed me fairly. He was professional and knowledgeable about KHS bike I brought in. He checked few extra things when I shared my concern, and assured it is safe to ride back to Albany. Gave me an advice on when to change the chain and estimated cost. Overall, very positive experience. Would consider coming back :)"
