"Two stars for today. I shop here usually multiple times a week and have always had a wonderful experience. All the ladies that worked while I’ve been in have been nice, polite and helpful. The prices are very fair, and the store is store is set up great. But today, my experience was horrible. A new employee that I’ve never seen before was working at the counter. She was extremely rude. Unhelpful. Not professional and then at one point disappeared from the floor entirely for about 10 minutes. I dinged your bell three different times and no one came out. I’m really disappointed because I love coming to this store, but this experience was not a pleasant one and I don’t know if I will be back due to the rudeness of this employee. Honestly wanted to talk to the manager while I was there, but thought it would better if I didn’t cause a scene unlike this employee."
"I stopped by today, Saturday (7/10/2021), around 1:30 p.m. As I entered the lady cashier offered a warm 'Hello, welcome to the Arc'. I was in for about 20 minutes, bought a Britta pitcher. During my entire time in the story the lady cashier was very helpful, delightful and charming. The extra effort she puts forth made for a very pleasant visit to this store. Thank you!"
