"Do NOT order a lettermans jacket from here. Pure insanity! Can not get anything right!!! Can't follow their own directions. Screwed up 2 jackets and has taken almost a year to get it done. Now we are going to have holes in the arm of one kid's jacket. Can't spell our last name right (which they have on their order documents and the payment receipt). Total waste of money and time. Wanted to support a local business, but at this point really wish we wouldn't have wasted our money or our kid's limited time. Could have been wearing their jacket from somewhere else already."
