"I recently left a review about 3 months ago (5 stars ,raving about this location ). Wife and I truly enjoyed this shop as the customer service was top notch and the product we found was exactly as we wanted. Honestly,it was the customer service that sold the product to us and The overall experience of being able to walk around and enjoy the store . Of course we can buy all these products online for cheaper but my wife truly enjoys going in and browsing . Tonight was different ,I was profiled and followed. As a someone who had shopped here on several occasions within a short span of time and never seeing the same associate twice ,you'd think you'd get comfortable. I'll leave my 3 star review as we enjoy your over priced vanilla products . I will be back again, hoping the next time my wife wants to buy over priced toys that I am met with customer service and not with judgement of how I look."

"Horrible customer service and not ashamed about it. I thought I would give this place a chance. Because I've never been there. And the 8irch working there seemed like she hated her job. And she hated the fact that I needed help. When I called to see if I can speak to somebody else about my poor experience there. I was hung up on. I highly recommend not to come here. The people are gross and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."
"Most friendly workers I have ever met! We’re super helpful to show me anything I was interested in and has so many choices! Got a rainbow fishnet bodysuit and I am in love with it! Will definitely coming back just for the atmosphere and company! Employees know what they are doing and are more than helpful! Definitely a five star place!"
"I haven't shopped in an adult store in years. I was greeted and offered assistance by two ladies when I walked in. One showed me everything I was looking for, told me about the different features and recommended some cool stuff. I browsed a bit and ended up buying two items. They checked on me, made sure I left happy with my purchases, and even tested them for me while I browsed to make sure they were working. They made me feel comfortable. I appreciated that. I will be back soon so I can check out the clothes too. Thanks!"
