"Cash only location. There are no restrooms. The Barbers are experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish). They do accept walk ins including reservations a day or an hour in advance for a particular barber. They’re mostly female with the exception of one male. The owner and manager are capable of cutting fades to perms for both men and women. The parking lot is shared with other businesses. Sometimes the parking lot can be filled and you will need to park around the corner where there is additional parking space. The staff is friendly and the furniture at the waiting area is clean. The place does get pretty crowded in the evenings and wait times can be long (45 minutes to 2 hours) depends if you’re wanting to get cut by a specific barber and did not call ahead of time."
"Horrible eyebrow waxing, I went about 1 year ago and got my eyebrows waxed. When I left the salon my eyebrows were so uneven and I hoped that they would grow back but no, and keep in mind it was a whole year ago, not just that horrible service and staff, after a customer left they started talking bad about him. Awful experience don’t recommend."
"I’m a type “A” person I called 2 days in advance to schedule my daughters trim and got there 15 minutes early. We waited over an hour past the schedule time. No apology! While I waited I hear employees being disrespectful to an English speaking customer (employees spoke Spanish) I will never go back and support such a toxic environment."
"I have been getting my hair cut here for almost 5 years now. Great quality haircuts with barbers who take their time and the customer service is great. Very easy to work with their staff. I even drive from Lake Oswego to Salem to get my hair cut by Yolanda, if I can get in her busy schedule. Wonderful hidden gem salon in Salem!"
