"He did a fine job shining my husbands shoes. They look good. But I paid when dropping them off instead of picking up which I thought was odd. Then when I came to pick them up on the day and time he told me he didn’t have them ready. So I had to come all the way back the next day. I calculated my mileage and figured he could give me 1 pair of shoes money back. I dropped off 5 pairs of shoes (Spent $85) and that was the least he could do for his mistake. He said no. So needless to say I’m not thrilled and I won’t be returning. He said next time I bring shoes in he’ll shine a pair for free but if you wrong me on my first transaction with you I will not be returning. I know it was an accident but it was unprofessional and disrespectful to disregard my time like that."

"I rarely provide reviews but I am compelled. These guys are amazing. I've now had two pairs of shoes resoled with them and the quality of their work is astonishing. Both pairs of shoes were about five years old and they now look like new!! They are a little more expensive than other places I have been but they are well worth it."
