But what most people don't know is that hidden inside its walls is an extremely talented gem of a woman's hair designer. As someone who's always been drawn to the cool-girl vibe of chunky-layers and funky, textured hairstyles, I was thrilled to find Ashley Remlinger again! And I'm REALLY excited I found her still in Salem! For those of you who don't know Ashley, she happens to be our local expert in fabulous shag haircuts, ya'll. Ashley always takes the time to listen to my preferences and understand the look I want. Her passion for hair design shows in the meticulous attention to detail she puts into every layer and how the hair falls in its natural texture. Unsurprisingly, her creativity once again resulted in a shag haircut that exceeded all my expectations -- for the third time! All my layers are expertly blended, the texture is spot-on, and the overall effect is chic AF. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you, lady! "This ain’t it - I went in to get a cut, which turned into a mediocre neck and sides clean up , was rushed out of my chair for a waiting appointment, and then charged a full $35 for a 10m clean up - which should have been $15. I would have happily tipped $10 if charged for a cleanup, or had the luxury of a full cut: but the full charge for a fast trim just got me the wrong way. Overall a super mid experience, I wouldn’t go back. I have long hair, and it felt like the barber was uncomfortable dealing with it. Kid friendly, the desk lady was nice to my wife and daughter. The main barber was busy, I got a second. 1 star for the obvious local family friendly vibe, that was cool. No stars for the barber or the cut."

"I chose this place based off a friend recommendation and had never been before. I will be back again as it was a great experience and I got a great fade. Great service, great atmosphere and the staff was very accommodating to my young son by putting on a movie to keep him entertained while Dad got cleaned up. Highly recommend. Michael gave top notch service and did a great job. I keep coming back and it’s the best service and environment. Michael is always great and h appreciate the great feeling I have afterward."

"Very clean and friendly facility. Javi does my sons cuts and makes him feel very comfortable and very helpful. Multiple people in the faculty at once and they take walk ins! If you’re in the Salem/ surrounding area we really recommend- we travel 30-40 min for these cuts. :)"
