"I had an appointment for 10 AM. I showed up at 9:50 AM. They were already cutting other people hair so I decided to wait. When the first chair came open they brushed me off and said "you are going to be cut by this other guy that is still busy". He told me he would be done soon. Twenty five minutes later is not soon!! Do not allow people to sign up for appointments if you do not plan to honor them!!"

When it comes to short cuts/fades this place is incomparable to any other barbershop I've visited in this world. If you're a man in Salem and are not getting your hair cut here, you're wrong."
"I was greeted by both barbers. I patiently waited for my cut. A gentleman walked in 10 minutes behind me. In another 5 minutes when a chair came available the gentleman was seated for a cut. I stated "I guess I'll go somewhere else." Don't waste your time as I did."
