"I would also give them zero stars. Even nearly a year later I haven't gone to any salon because the experience here was so awful. I asked for highlights and the woman took 2 hours, kept walking away to do other things while wrapping my hair...then I wanted a TRIM and she kept cutting and cutting. They charged me double because my hair was thick. I've had my hair highlighted for YEARS, and it never took more than an hour, and I was NEVER charged more than everyone else. I hate to be totally negative, it makes me sick; but I think they gave me PTSD, as I haven't been to a salon since (this happened in July 2021, and I'm still very upset)."
"I'm only giving this place 1 star because the lady thatdid my hair was sweet but she did a horrible job as far as actually doing my hair properly. I took my extensions in to have her match the color of them to the color i needed my hair to be. She found the color of my extensions perfect but mind you my hair was already a dark red to begin with which obviously didn't match my bright red extensions. So instead of bleaching my hair and then coloring it so i get the same bright red as my extensions she just added more red to red that was already in my hair which in turn made it darker than it was suppose to be. So it was just a waste of my time and money cause i could've done that myself at home. Not worth $135 that's for sure."
