"I asked for a haircut and was horrendously wrong on what I wanted and what I asked for, as the day went on my haircut was working for me so I called and nice explained my situation. They were nice and fast about getting me in to fix my haircut and for that I'll come back again"

"I was there a little over a week ago. I didn't call the manager or left a review before because every time I thought about my experience I either cried or got extremely upset. I've been coming in to this location for a couple of years and haven't had a problem. I get a really simple cut. A #2 razor shave on bottom half of my hair. I make it real easy for everyone I put all my hair up in a bun so all that's left to do is to use those clippers. I don't remember the name of this new gal but she had green hair. Usually after they finished with the clippers they show me how it looks with the mirror, but this girl walks away, then returned and said "I have to fix something" as she starts to remove my bun, I didn't understand at first why she was trying to remove it, so when I was going to ask her I see a chunk of my hair fall out. As I looked back I asked her in disbelief "is that my hair?!" she actually stepped over it trying to cover it and said no!! I touch my head and even more hair came out. As I was looking in the mirror she swept the floor so fast I never seen anyone do that before, when I turned around and I asked her where my hair went she said she didn't know what I was talking about. After minutes of shock and anger all she said was "it will grow back" no sorry, no apologies, and I'm here with 2 inches of missing hair into my scalp. 12 years ago I lost all my hair due to medical treatment, took me months to have thick hair again, saying something like "it will grow again" it not only unprofessional but insensitive, our hair is part of our identity. I hope she gets those clippers taken away, she is a menace!"

"Checked in online. Arrived 10 minutes early based on arrival time given by online check-in. Waited for over an hour, was never seen. Never got my hair cut. This was on a weekday at 2pm. No excuse for online check in the be that wrong. My time was wasted. When my time is not considered important by a business, I leave a bad review. This was unacceptable"

"I was excited about the location being near me and went in recently for a haircut. I had hair to my waist and told the hairdresser that I wanted 4 inches cut, straight across, my hair was all one length. With long hair typically I'm asked to stand up so that they can reach the bottom. This person insisted I sit so she could sit on the floor because she was tired. She did not wet my hair, and I questioned that and she said it wasn't necessary. Having had long hair for most of my life, I've never had anyone want to cut it dry before. After a few minutes she pushed some of my hair forward over my shoulder and it was SO SHORT, she had cut over 12 inches off. I said something to her like, "wow that's short" and she started to apologize, said that she had gotten off in her measurements because she was "Zoning out". She proceeded to try to even out the ends and I was in too much shock to even know what to say, I didn't want to make a scene and honestly, I didn't know how bad it was until later. I was quick to get out of there and she followed me to the door apologizing. Later when I looked at my hair I could see that she had cut the bottoms all ragged and there were many lengths of hair, it was super uneven and looked horrible, and was full of tangles. I don't know what the heck she did! I went back 2 days later and talked to the manager who cleaned up the ends for me. SHE is wonderful but that employee should be fired. She said that other customers had complained about her and that she would talk to her... buyer beware! I went in there with long hair and came out with short hair. For me, to the shoulders, is SHORT and and at 52 years old, my hair doesn't grow as fast as it used to so this is going to take some time to grow it out to a comfortable length. It hasn't been this short since I was 6 years old I bet!"

"I brought my son in who is special needs and isn’t the most tolerant with his head being touched. The gal that did his hair was so patient and lovely! She made him feel so comfortable! I appreciate her so much!! And so does my little Everett!"
