"This nail shop is very inconsistent in what they charge. The posted PRICE It's not the price you pay. You must be careful and ask the price. Before they do the work, I was charged one amount for a full set. Came back for a fill and was charged $20 more for a fill, then a full set that made no sense to me. ( I had no color or design, only Gel, which was free the first time I came. They charged me the second time without telling me.) SO BEWARE!"

"I went in on Wednesday for a dip mani. On Friday morning one of my nails chipped while washing my hair. I went back in that afternoon and Kevin fixed it free of charge. Today, again while washing my hair a different nail chipped. I’ve been consistently getting my nails done with dip for the last 8 months. This was my first experience at Bella and my first experience with chipping on any nails in the first few weeks let alone days. My usual place is moving locations which is why I decided to try Bella. The staff is friendly (hence the 3 stars) but the quality is clearly not there. To say I’m frustrated is a understatement."
