LV Nails

"They are great for pedicures. but manicures not so much. My normal manicurist is out with a fractured wrist so I tried lv nails. They used a rotary tool on my natural nails making them paper thin and kept catching my skin with the rotary tool as well so I'm now having issues with the area around my nails being sore and red. They then tried to upsell me to powder dip because they made my nails so thin. And then could not replicate the tips that I came in with after saying that they could"

"They did a terrible job they were extremely rude to me and my boyfriend they kept laughing and talking the entire time. We both got a pedicure. My boyfriends was $45 but just because mine had white color he was changed $65. Total 105 that’s ridiculous they took advantage of our kindness . I went to multiple places and never had to pay that much before especially for a terrible job. I asked for shellac and the polish was already pealing a week later. The lady cut my toe twice and then didnt apologize or acknowledge it at all, she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, nor cared about her customers I would never go to this place again. I don’t recommend it at all. They need to hire employees that are passionate about there job and I give this place a -10. It’s this bad. Don't go to this salon!!!!"

"Visited 1 week ago for gel mani and pedi. I paid $135 for a gel mani and pedi. Giving it 3 stars for these reasons: Availability, Friendly, Clean. Taking off 2 stars because of the quality of the service and how expensive it is. The salon was clean and they always have someone available to work on you. That is the biggest pro of this nail salon. They are very nice and accommodating. However because they always have someone available, means that the employees have probably been working all day and are exhausted. They will try to haggle you into getting an expensive pedicure (what happened to me), and all it is a few extra lotions they rub into you. This shows when the nail job is bubbly, uneven, crooked, and chipped. My nails chipped in less than a week. They have bubbles and are lumpy. However this is in no way a reflection of Helen’s work as she seems to be a talented woman. I believe she was tired and exhausted. I do not think they should work their employees as hard as they do. My nails chipped and are pretty much ruined in less than a week and I paid as much as I did for it to last longer. I had a similar experience when I visited this salon about an year ago. It is upsetting however for the availability and the fact that they could take me in last minute was worth it at the end. Though I am not sure I will return again."
