"Footwise replaced the heel guards on my boots after another shop had done a terrible job putting heel guards on them. I couldn't wear the boots when I brought them in to Footwise because there were nails sticking out. Footwise fixed them for me. They did a great job and charged me half of what the other store had charged me. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I will be having them do all my repairs in the future. I did not know until I called them that they were repairing all kinds of shoes now, not just Birkenstocks. I am very pleased with their work and prices."

"Last April, I bought a pair of Hoka shoes after discussing the benefits and comfort that a friend had discovered after buying them. As soon as I walked into the store, I could immediately sense that their customer service was at a totally different level than other stores. Far and above others. You don’t roam isle after isle, scanning size tags and various styles. Endlessly searching in vein. The staff was helpful and very attentive, while giving you the freedom of discovery in any style shoe they have. (Socks and accessories included). I selected a pair of Men’s Hoka’s. I tried on a couple different styles and settled on what was the Best Comfort and Fit for me. I must also tell you, dear Reader, growing up in Eugene in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, through my life, I have been a Hard Core Nike wearer. I have sat in a store, that will remain nameless, and tried on every athletic shoe they had. The store manager (who was my Brother), convinced that he could show me a Better Shoe. Needless to say, I walked out with Nike’s on my Feet. That ended when I bought my Hoka’s from Footwise in Corvallis. Shortly after buying them, I went to Southern California to a Major Theme Park with the Mouse ears. My Fitbit informed me that I walked over 9 miles that day, and I could have kept walking. So, this Christmas, I bought my Fiancé a pair. Unfortunately, she needs a slightly different size. I called the Store and asked if they had the size she needed. The person who answered the phone on the second ring, gladly looked them up, advised that they did have them and would set them aside for me when I get there later in the week. He attended to my needs with 100% attention and detail. Just like when I was in the store. These people are amazing. I just wish there was a Footwise store in Central Oregon where I live."
