"I special ordered a pair of pants here 7 weeks ago and the arrival date keeps getting pushed back. I understand this is the manufacturer not having them in stock; however, the lack of communication from the owner and her daughter has been terrible. I have called twice and ended up coming in to the store today only for her to tell me "Sorry, you should hope for the best. I don't know what else to tell you." I could have ordered these cheaper and faster online but was looking to support a local business. I am a young working professional and I feel astonished by her disrespectful demeanor towards me. A little sincerity and a phone call update would have gone a long way.. I will not be returning unfortunately. The Salem scrubs and beyond had a much larger selection anyways."
"So many different scrubs, colors, sizes!! Such a great place! I bought some new scrubs there yesterday and the lady who helped was super great and friendly!! I did pay 69 dollars for one pair of bottoms and one top. Little bit spendy but they are SO worth it . I will be returning ! Thank you Scrub Vault for your awesome service!"
