"They cut too much hair off. I just asked for a trim and they ended up giving me a whole new haircut. At least she was kind of knowledgeable of curly hair. Would not recommend to anyone to get their hair trimmed here. The prices was probably the best part of the experience…"
"Worst haircut experience. I don’t complain all the time . But the lady who cut my hair , has the worst customer service ever . She wasn’t friendly and cut my hair so fast and so rude . She was an older lady with long orange hair ."
"When in and was told she was going to be free in 20 min to let her finish the client she was working with, I wrote my name down for an appointment and left for 15 min came back and the lady was done. She was sitting in the back and another lady that was doing some elses hair was out there. When she finished she went to the back as well. I was the ONLY one there and TWO stylist after a while. Today is Tuesday, & it was around 2pm, so it was empty. I waited for like 30 min and no one helped me. I decided to leave after I notice no one cared. SO unprofessional. Go if you have time to waste."
"I have mix feelings with this place, I been there a couple times and both times I felt unwelcomed,scrutinized,like if they were doing you a favor for having you there.first time I went there the lady gave me an ok haircut, I went back there because at least was better than other places that mostly don't know a thing of what they doing.anyway i went back and the lady I got this time was different, but like I said they don't make you feel welcome. They don't respect much the times if you make an appointment in advance and end up waiting more than an hour very disrespectful. Not sure if ill come back or not..."
"I've gotten my hair (cut and color) done and eyebrows waxed only here for a few years now. I always book with Mary and she does an amazing job each time. They do get busy, so definitely recommend making an appointment instead of just walking in because wait time can fluctuate otherwise."
