"They failed to mention that it’s CASH ONLY until AFTER we wasted hours waiting for our “appointment” “Walk-ins Welcome” according to the window; Instead we were scheduled to come back several hours later. Nobody wants to be the final client of the day - to pay for a rushed job! at least they told us CASH ONLY before starting on our nails, unlike the poor old lady who found out at the end of her appointment. She was in pain during her rush-job appointment, too. Kept saying “ow, ow, you’re hurting me, ow” — yikes!"
"The lady who did my nails cut my finger twice on different nails. She became very lazy towards the end of my appointment. My nails are lumpy and not what I wanted. $65 for nails I absolutely hated. Will never come back here after the two bad experiences I've had with them."
"I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. The staff are friendly and upbeat, with always something nice to say. I have always had excellent service from this shop and have not seen a need to go anywhere else. One downside, they do not take cards. It can be a bit inconvenient for those of us who are plastic-dependent."
"I have been coming here for 12+ years. This family of ladies are serious about their service. I have had nails several times, very well done. Mostly I have pedicures, always great service. They really try to keep their fees reasonable, part of that is taking cash or a check. Love this place."
