Da-Vi Nails

"Not bad. No appt walkin and they sat me right down. Full set French tip acrylic with color cost me 65 dollars plus 5 dollar tip.. They lady however seemed irritated by my socially anxiety (I don't do well starting conversation with someone I don't know) and made a comment to her coworker about me not asking about her day or anything (just cuz I don't speak their language does not mean I don't understand some of it) soo.. she eventually started to rush through to get me out quickly which left me some uneven and crooked nails and acrylic underneath They must not give complimentary the nail brush Emory boards and files any longer because I did not receive mine as I recall I did every where else I've been before."

"Walked in to get a full sell set dip manicure and I was greeted by a rude lady. She spoke low and pretended like she did not hear me. Another nail tech had me to wait and she did my nails. She did a great job, I would go back only because of her."

"I have been here many times for acrylics and pedicures and it has always been great! Today, I came in and sat with one of the newer nail techs, Michelle. She took her time and shaped and painted everything beautifully. With literally every other nail tech I've been to, I had to ask them to fix something but Michelle is a perfectionist and didnt have to ask for any fixes. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!"

"3 days after a regular non gel manicure. I understand regular manicures don’t last long but the reason for my poor review is the service. Their customer service is terrible. They treat you with a rude, condescending attitude, and you feel rushed and pressured the entire time. This is specifically for the main lady who takes the calls and who move things around in the salon she does not treat customers nicely. if customer service was on par I would probably come back, but given the customer service, I will never come back. When I paid to get my nails done, it is not only for the nails themselves, but also to be treated fairly as a paying customer not to feel unwelcome and rushed. My mother did a gel manicure and her nails were decent, but she left with a lot of gel nail polish all over her fingers, which would eventually wash away, but you would expect them to at least be detailed with their work. I am confused how this salon has such high reviews. Maybe we were at a one off moment. But there was another customer whose family was kicked out of the waiting area since they were getting their nails done but just waiting. I thought that was very rude, another example of the poor customer service."
