"ETA: I spoke with the owner, who was extremely apologetic. He explained everything. They tried to reach me but I had originally called from my work phone so they had issues contacting me. I appreciate their diligence and I am also sorry about the miscommunication with the person I called earlier. I had an appt on Monday and I got there, they were closed with an issue. I asked when I called if they wanted my phone number and they did not. I wasted getting off work early to come in. I called today to make another appointment and the communication was... rough."
