"The manager here could not help. The bank Sally uses, Comenity, is predatory, aggressive, and sketchy. You can't make a payment before the amount due, is on your statement. Since they charge daily interest, you can never pay off your balance. I haven't charged here in months, Yet I must keep returning to pay daily interest. The aggressive customer service reps will hound you for that dollar. They have changed my information twice without any consent or details from me. They can't explain how it happens, and I think they are selling my data. Do not get this credit card. You'll be very sorry."

"I’ve been going to this store consistently over the past year and I’ve always been extremely happy with the customer service and how knowledgeable the staff is. However, I went in earlier today and it really takes the cake. I’m not sure what the staff member’s name is, but she has longer dark hair with purple bangs and she’s incredible. When I went in today, I overheard her helping a young guy with a hair bleach set up. She took everything into account; how long he wanted to spend bleaching his hair, the outcome he wanted, his hair texture. To top it all off, I don’t think that she was on the clock. It just blows me away that she was so kind as to take her own personal time to consider how she could best help a client. I’ve seen her working when I’ve gone in before and she’s always been exceptionally kind to me!"

"I like Sally's because it's a bit smaller than some shops and homey. They have a fair variety of reliable and name brands to care for the hair and body. The staff are nice and helpful there. Lots of fun beauty products. Thanks!"

"Only time and location Sally's has ever given an issue w returns of disappointing products, which their return guarantee is the only reason I'm willing to pay premium prices as opposed to shopping elsewhere anyways. There is no exception in the return policy for the specific item, they just didn't want to take it back. Luckily I can return at a different location, but wasted my time here."
