"Iris has been my favorite place to go since they have opened. I love the spa/ relaxing vibe. The last time I was in before an upcoming vacation I got a pedi and also a full set. I know prices have gone up everywhere but they charged me 74.00 for a basic pedicure. I did pick shellac which is an extra 15 and then I had to get acrylic on one toe nail. That’s OUTRAGEOUS. And the fact that I have wrote the company twice to make sure this was a fair charge and not an accidental charge they have yet to respond back to me. As a loyal returning customer that is pretty disappointing. I got a full set with shellac as well and that was cheaper than my pedicure."

"Atmosphere is great. I didn’t have an appointment but they still worked me in as a walk in. They have wine and mimosas which is a nice added bonus! Sandy was my nail tech and she was amazing! Engaged in conversation throughout the whole pedicure and made sure I was comfortable with everything happening in the pedicure. Very pleasant experience."

"I picked out a blue sparkly gel sample for my toes. After a couple coats I asked the woman who was doing my toes why the color was so light and she explained that I should have asked for a blue undercoat if I’d wanted it the same color as the sample. I found that ridiculous because if the sample can’t be achieved without an undercoat, they should say something before they start applying it. So she ended up doing about 4 coats of the gel. We did get it to the blue color of the sample, but it got waaaay too thick and didn’t set properly and was peeling away from the edges of my toes by that evening. The photos were taken the next day after I’d picked off the parts of the polish that were already lifting away. For me, a gel pedicure can normally last about 6 weeks and I had to remove this after only a few days. A complete waste of money. I am giving 3 stars because my friend’s gel pedicure turned out beautifully, but mine was a disaster."

"Denny (hope I spelt that correctly!) was absolutely PHENOMENAL today. Not only did he make time for me on a day they were booked, he provided fantastic, friendly, relaxing services that I thoroughly enjoyed! Next time I'm able to I'm definitely making this my go to spot! Thanks so much for everything today.
