"I'm sorry for the lady who wasn't able to get an appt as a walk-in, but I'm not sure what she was expecting. This is a VERY busy salon with limited staff, so it's not surprising that they didn't have an opening. As for Julie being "surly" you might have caught her at a bad time or maybe that was your perception when you didn't get what you wanted. I have been going to Julie for over 20 years and she always does a fabulous job on my hair and is a very loving and giving person. If you read down through all the comments below, there are five specifically for Julie and they are all 5 stars!! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new stylist!"
