"It's 6:10-pPm I drove here because it's the closest to my home and hours say that it closes at 8-pm However I walked up to locked doors two people inside staring at me, one trying to sign pointing at her wrist, I told her "I don't know what your saying" pointing at the posted hours on the door. She opens the door and says we decided to close early today. Now I'm having to drive to a totally different location. Easy to say I will not be returning to this location even if it's closer!"
"Its decent enough. Small and seems to carry less than other sally stores. They seem to be always out of my neon pink Iro iro but the staff is friendly and helpful. And remember to take into consideration that the employees are NOT hairdressers so they dont always know!"
"Just know if you buy something here that is jewelry and you don't know what you're buying that they will not exchange or return it. Would have been nice to know the earnings I purchased don't work with the ear piercing gun I also purchased. The sales associate did not let me know that they didn't go together. So with that being said I will not purchase anything else from this store. Horrible customer service."
"My first review of a store. This store changed their computer system and said this is why they would not accept a return within time allowed. I bought a hot air brush on 8/25/19 and tried to return it in the box and with the receipt on 8/31/19. The sales associate told me they had changed their computer system on 8/27/19 and could no longer accept returns from prior to that date- they explained the new system could not accept the old receipts. I asked the manager to call me. The sales associate called me and said the manager suggested going to a different Sally Beauty store with the item or calling customer service. I called customer service 5 times and waited a collective 3 1/2 hours prior to speaking with someone. They told me what I experienced did not happen."
"I love going to Sally's beauty! They have sales all the time! l get all my perms here and the color of my hair I get that here too the cashier is always so polite and helpful if I need to find something she can always help me. I never leave Sally's Beauty without spending at least $30.00. If you're looking for something for your hair chances are you will find it at Sally's Beauty. So, if you want awesome customer service and you need something for your hair then Sally's beauty is the place for you to go!"
