"Stood in line for 5 minutes to discover that this store had decided to not have gluten free bread. Very disappointed!!! This was one restaurant that made it easy to eat gluten free. Not all subways are doing this so hard to know which ones to avoid. I hope you will consider changing your mind and be more inclusive."

"You're probably thinking. Why did Jonah rate a Subway, what's the point of that? I basically wanted to give my other reviews context. I've eaten at lots of Subways in the past, and the experience is pretty much always the same, subpar, gets the job done kind of food. Definitely not healthy for you, (even the healthy options use that overly sugary bread). I don't really have any ill-will towards Subway, if they want to suddenly start making better food, I'll happily change my opinion."

"I requested for one to make my fiance's sandwich because hes vegetarian and she was new and did it, she great. The person with her, however, yelled at her for holding up the sandwich line. The person with more training wasnt changing her gloves so, there was containment .New girl did great, regular employee needs more training all around."

"Friendly service and stuff always looks fresh. Last time I went the bread was a tad underproofed but just meant the bread wasn't as fluffy. Not a deal breaker. I do wish the prices would stop raising. $12 for a sandwich meal is getting out of my budget"

"This is the best Subway in Eugene, and I've been to all of them. There are some stand-out employees, but all the staff there are competent and friendly, the location is always clean, and they're always well-stocked. I'm not sure what changed between the other reviews and the Summer of 2012 (when I started patronizing this franchise), but the place is fantastic now and I refuse to go to any other Subway here now."
