"Not satisfied at all, explained my situation over the phone before driving an hour an a half for my sons 3rd birthday. To be told when I get there that they are only concerned of the name of the employee and how they can’t help service me today because he was not able to physically be there after I was told I can still get his birthday bear. Not trained well, no communication, no team work and it’s sad they can’t own up to their own mistake. “ great way to represent your job “"
