"I went in the other day and it was not like before they had a portable air conditioner and didn’t realize the carpet was wet and when I went to try on shoes my socks got wet. The shelves were bare they weren’t full like before and I didn’t get the customer service like before everybody in front of the store chatting. Is the store getting remodeled?"

"First time customer turned loyal buyer I was trying to find shoes that were wide size, waterproof, etc. for traveling coming up. The employees here were very friendly and personable, but one of their employees named Samantha was a particular delight to work with. She knew when to chat and encourage, and when to leave to let me browse on my own. While I was browsing I heard her training what sounded like a new employee and I have to say if the inventory didn't have me, her training would. Explaining how they sell to customers, giving facts on things like features but not making promises about what those features do or trying to push people to a particular item just to make a sale because "that's not fair to anyone." Samantha and the team at Clarks was very friendly, helpful, and I ended up finding the shoes I wanted. I'll be coming back again."
